Artificial Intelligence

BE SURE TO READ THE POEM AT THE END Artificial Intelligence: Our Tool, Not Our Master — A Biblical Perspective Every generation is given new tools. Some build altars with them. Some build idols. Artificial intelligence is no exception. As Christians, we are called not to fear tools, nor to worship them—but to discern their use through the lens of Scripture. The transition from scribe to Gutenberg press marked a significant shift in the production of written knowledge. Before Gutenberg’s invention, books were primarily produced by hand, a labor-intensive process that required skilled scribes and was often reserved for the clergy and elite. Gutenberg’s movable type press allowed for the mass production of texts, making books more accessible to a wider audience. This innovation not only democratized knowledge but also played a crucial role in the cultural and intellectual movements of the Renaissance, Reformation, and the Scientific Revolution. The transition from printed to digital media print has been a significant evolution in communication and information dissemination. This shift has been driven by technological advancements, changing consumer preferences, and the need for greater accessibility and immediacy in content delivery. The journey from print to digital media print has been marked by the rise of the internet, social media platforms, and digital subscriptions, which have democratized information and fostered a more interactive environment. The decline of print media has been accompanied by a rise in digital subscriptions and the closure of traditional print publications.  The transition from digital media print to artificial editing is a significant evolution in the way content is created, edited, and consumed. As we move from traditional print media to digital platforms, the role of editing has transformed. The advent of digital editing tools and technologies has made content creation, distribution, and consumption more efficient and personalized. AI-powered tools and technologies are revolutionizing digital media, offering personalized recommendations, automated editing, and more. This shift reflects the adaptability of the editing profession and the ongoing evolution of technology Tools Are Morally Neutral; Hearts Are Not The Bible has always been clear: evil does not originate in objects—it originates in the human heart. “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.”— Matthew 15:19 A hammer can build a home or commit violence. Fire can warm a family or burn a city. Artificial intelligence can heal, teach, and serve—or deceive, exploit, and oppress. The moral weight is never in the tool. It rests squarely on the one who uses it. Wisdom, Not Fear, Is the Biblical Response Scripture never commands God’s people to fear knowledge itself. Instead, it warns us to fear knowledge separated from wisdom. “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.”— Proverbs 9:10 Artificial intelligence is powerful, but it is not alive. It does not possess a soul, conscience, will, or agency. Nails In His Hands

What the Bible’s Original Language Teaches Us About the Location of the Nail Marks of Jesus When we picture the crucifixion of Jesus, most of us imagine the nails driven through the palms of His hands. This image has been passed down through centuries of Christian art and tradition, and it’s deeply familiar. But here’s a thoughtful Bible-study question worth exploring: “Does Scripture itself actually tell us where the nails were placed?” Let’s take a closer look—by going back to the original language of the New Testament. Click HERE to read a DTS Research White Paper on this subject. A Moment After the Resurrection The key passage comes after the resurrection, when Jesus appears to His disciple Thomas. Thomas struggles to believe until he can see and touch the wounds himself. Jesus says to him in John 20:27 (KJV): “Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.” At first glance, this seems simple: Jesus shows Thomas His hands. But understanding what the Bible teaches sometimes requires us to ask how words were used in the original language. What Does the Greek Word for “Hand” Mean? The New Testament was written in Greek, and the word translated as “hand” in this passage is χείρ (cheir). Here’s the important point for Bible students: χείρ does not always mean “palm only.” In everyday Greek usage—including in the New Testament—the word “hand” can refer to the whole hand region, including the area near the wrist. Scripture Explaining Scripture We can see this clearly elsewhere in the Bible. In Acts 12:7, Peter is chained in prison. When an angel frees him, the Bible says the chains fell “from his hands.” But chains aren’t fastened to someone’s palms—they’re placed around the wrists or forearms. Yet Scripture still uses the word “hands.” This shows us that, biblically speaking, “hand” can include the wrist area. The Bible itself defines how the word works. Returning to Thomas and the Nail Marks When John’s Gospel says the “mark of the nails” was “in” Jesus’ hands, the Greek grammar tells us two key things: The nails are connected to the “mark,” not anatomically to a specific sub-part of the hand. The location is identified broadly as the “hand region,” without narrowing it further. In other words, the text tells us where the wounds were visible—but not exactly which part of the hand they were in. Why This Is Helpful for Christian Learning This study isn’t about challenging faith or tradition. It’s about understanding Scripture more carefully and accurately. The Bible does not insist on a palm-only interpretation, nor does it require a wrist-only one. Instead, it uses language that allows for either—based on how Greek actually works. That’s a good reminder for all of us: “Sometimes Scripture gives us theological truth without supplying every anatomical detail.” And that’s okay. A Faith-Strengthening Conclusion By examining the Bible in its original language, we learn that: The New Testament clearly teaches that Jesus bore real, physical wounds. The Greek word translated “hands” is broad enough to include the wrist area. Scripture itself does not force a single anatomical picture. This kind of careful study doesn’t weaken faith—it strengthens it. It helps us trust that God’s Word is reliable, meaningful, and worthy of close attention. And it reminds us that the most important truth remains unchanged: “Jesus truly suffered, truly died, and truly rose again.”

Biblical Lessons from the Shroud of Turin

(Below, find a resurrection simulation video.) Are You Prepared for Heaven? Some personal characteristics that impact our rewards in eternity include our love, happiness, joy, testimony, kindness, guidance, relationships, hospitality, gladness, priorities, frustration, friendship, free will, peace, praise, thankfulness, music, brightness, bliss, color, comfort, prayer, and worship. Are you ready for eternity? Will you participate in the resurrection to life? Is the Shroud of Turin evidence of a resurrected body? Jesus is in heaven. His body is not here (John 20:17). Is the Shroud of Turin Real? Some questions stay with us for a lifetime. At times, they gently resurface, inviting us to pause and reflect more deeply on life. Questions about death, the meaning of our life on earth, and what lies beyond this life have been part of the human story from the beginning. Science helps us understand much about the world around us, but it has limits when we begin to ask questions about eternity (1 Corinthians 13:12). It is in this space—where faith, reason, history, and mystery meet—that the Shroud of Turin continues to draw interest. Whether viewed as a sacred relic, a historical object, or an unsolved mystery, the Shroud encourages thoughtful reflection—not only about how an image appeared on cloth, but about what resurrection itself might mean (Wilson, 2010; Schwortz, 2012). Eternity and the Impact of Human Life There are many things in this world that make us wonder, but the afterlife may be the most important of all. Scripture teaches that our lives matter beyond what we can see today, reminding us that “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God” (Romans 14:12). Our choices, words, and actions carry lasting meaning. They reveal what we value and whom we serve, including the words we sometimes wish we had chosen more carefully, spoken only moments earlier. Because heaven and hell are real, it is wise to consider the direction of our lives and the condition of our hearts. Jesus spoke openly about eternal outcomes, saying “And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal” (Matthew 25:46). At the same time, Scripture reveals God’s patient and merciful heart “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise… but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish” (2 Peter 3:9). The Shroud of Turin and the Question of Identity The Shroud of Turin presents physical evidence of the death of a man who closely resembles the biblical description of Jesus Christ. While no absolute proof exists, the details found on the cloth naturally raise thoughtful questions. The image shows wounds consistent with crucifixion, aligning with Scripture, which says “They pierced my hands and my feet” (Psalm 22:16). After His resurrection, Jesus invited His followers to examine Him closely, saying “Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself” (Luke 24:39). If those who loved Jesus had access to His burial cloth after He rose, it would make sense that they would preserve it with care (Wilson, 2010). Scientific Observation and Human Limitation Over the years, the Shroud has been studied by historians, scientists, and more recently, artificial intelligence. Some researchers point to the image’s unusual characteristics—its shallow depth, lack of pigment, and biological traces—as reasons it remains difficult to explain (Heller & Adler, 1981; Jumper et al., 1984; Rogers, 2008). Others rightly caution that contamination, interpretation, and technological limits must be considered. Scripture reminds us of our limited understanding, for “For now we see through a glass, darkly” (1 Corinthians 13:12). Shroud of Turin: Observations and Findings (with sources inserted) The Bible does not mention an image on the burial cloth used to wrap Jesus (John 19:40; John 20:6–7). The weave of the standard linen of the day indicates intrinsic value and consistency with expensive fabric prevalent in the first century (Fanti et al., 2010; Shroud of Turin Information, n.d.-a). The shroud itself survived a fire in 1532. It was in a silver case for storage which melted and damaged it. It has water stains as well (Santa Sindone, n.d.; Wikipedia, n.d.-a; Heller & Adler, 1981; Othonia, n.d.-a). Evidence of microscopic limestone dirt has a chemical signature consistent with those found in arid mediterranean areas such as the middle east or even Jerusalem. There is evidence of this dirt on the tip of the nose, the knees, and the bottoms of the feet (FactsPlusFacts, n.d.; Medieval Shroud, 2021; Shroud of Turin Information, n.d.-a). However, the actual image resides only on the very edge or within the first or second microfibers of the surface of the cloth. If each thread contains between one and two hundred microfibers, the image rests on less than one percent of any single thread (Fanti et al., 2010; Shroud3D, n.d.; Rucker, 2023). Only a negative photograhic image of the shroud allows visual access to intense details such as the left hand resting on top of the right while covering the groin area (Wikipedia, n.d.-b; Kent, 2014). The blood stain itself is the positive visible image (Heller & Adler, 1981; Othonia, n.d.-a). The blood stain indicating “pierced on his side” is on the right side of the actual body but looking at it from a viewer’s perpective presents it on the left in the image (John 19:34; Benford, 1997). Scientific scrutiny reveals the absence of paint, dyes, or stains other than the blood stains to indicate the form of the body (Heller & Adler, 1981; Heimburger, 2008). No side or top views are available considering that the cloth was a covering underneath and above the body, likely not a wrap on the sides (Wikipedia, n.d.-b; Shroud3D, n.d.). However, the covering wraps around the bottom of the feet as it extends from the top to the bottom of the body, indicated by two distinct wounds on the bottom the left foot (Paleotto, 1598/1993; Shroud of Turin Information, n.d.-b). The image is presumed to be “discoloration” based on “dehydration” (Heller & Adler, 1981; Heimburger, 2008). The process that causes carbon atoms

How can we represent Christ in a way that’s inviting instead of pushing folks away? Many people look for reasons not to become Christians, and ultimately, that is their choice. No amount of persuasion can force someone to believe. Many dislike it when Christians seem pushy or argumentative. Bathing potential witnessing encounters in prayer will move God to begin speaking to their hearts. James 5:16 “…The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” Prayer moves the hand of God. They often do not want to debate religion with someone who refuses to hear their side. Some would rather avoid Christians altogether. Because this reaction is so common, we must ask: How should believers respond to opportunities to share Christ? One answer is to let our lives speak first. Jesus said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works” (Matthew 5:16). Another answer is to respect people’s boundaries and recognize when someone is open and when they are not. Instead of pushing through resistance, we can decide to be patient and wait for God to open the right doors. Scripture instructs, “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths” (Proverbs 3:6). These responses align with how God actually works in salvation. Christian theology teaches that we cannot force anyone to accept Jesus. My wife led both of my parents to the Lord but I prayed for over fifty years for my parents to come to Christ. Yet the decision was theirs alone. The Bible reminds us, “For by grace are ye saved through faith… not of works” (Ephesians 2:8–9). Since salvation is God’s work, our role is to lead, not shove. We share the message, but God opens the heart. Paul’s testimony in Acts shows this truth vividly. When Paul addressed the Jewish crowd in Acts 22, he wisely spoke in the Hebrew tongue to lower their defenses (Acts 21:40). He met them where they were, speaking their language—a sign of respect and cultural sensitivity. Yet even after giving his personal conversion story with humility and honesty, “they lifted up their voices” in anger (Acts 22:22). Paul proves that even when Christians communicate respectfully, people may still reject the message. The most important thing is to actually have them read or hear God’s actual Words from the Bible. Use Bible verses when you share Christ. When they see or hear a Bible verse, God speaks to them directly because the Bible is the mind of God. Being transparent, Paul also admitted his own past failures. He confessed, “I persecuted [Christians] this way unto the death” (Acts 22:4). This humility strengthened his testimony, yet still did not guarantee acceptance. His experience illustrates that we can share our faith sincerely, humbly, and vulnerably—and still encounter rejection. In Acts 26, Paul stood before Festus and King Agrippa. Jesus had commanded him, “Thou shalt be his witness unto all men” (Acts 22:15), but being called by God did not exempt him from being misunderstood. As Paul testified with conviction about what Jesus did in his life, Festus interrupted, shouting, “Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad [insane]” (Acts 26:24). Paul responded with calm respect: “I am not mad, most noble Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness” (Acts 26:25). His gentle reply models the very approach this essay encourages—firm truth with a humble tone. Even King Agrippa felt the pull of Paul’s testimony, saying, “Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian” (Acts 26:28). Paul did everything right—he spoke respectfully, honestly, and boldly—yet Agrippa still remained unconvinced. Paul did not force him, pressure him, or manipulate him. Instead, he expressed a loving desire for their salvation: “I would to God, that… all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds” (Acts 26:29). Paul’s story reinforces Spirit-filled evangelism: We remain sensitive to the Spirit’s guidance. We do not save people—we only witness of the ONLY ONE WHO CAN SAVE, —Jesus. We do not coerce—we serve. We do not force outcomes—we trust God. Even Jesus Himself was accused of being “beside Himself” (Mark 3:21). People thought He was out of His mind because He lived according to a different kingdom. As Children of God, we too live for a reality the world does not yet see. That is why believers are often misunderstood. One day, when God’s Word is fulfilled, people will recognize the truth—but believers will already be with the Lord. In the end, our calling is not to win arguments but to win hearts by reflecting Christ. Some will misunderstand us or resist the message, just as they did with Paul and with Jesus. But the results are not up to us, but to God. God has not asked us to force results—He has asked us to be faithful. When we share the Gospel with humility, patience, and genuine love, we participate in the Holy Spirit’s work of evangelism in ways we may never fully see on this side of eternity. Whether people accept or reject the message, our responsibility remains the same: to shine the light of Christ and trust God with the outcome. Therefore, let us step up with courage. Let us speak up when God opens the door and stay gentle when the door is closed. Let us live in such a way that people see Christ in us before they ever hear His name from our lips. As Scripture says, “Be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear” (1 Peter 3:15). That is your calling. That is your mission. Go live your faith boldly, love people deeply, and let God handle the results. Be the light in someone’s darkness. Trust the timing of the One who opens hearts. And like Paul, pray that those who hear you—whether kings, friends, or strangers—might one day move from

NDEs Explained

(To listen to this on your cell phone, tablet, computer, or television, press play above and wait for it to load and start automatically.) How Small Are You?  Near-death experiences (NDEs) are stories from people who almost died and say they saw heaven, hell, or met a bright being of light or demon of darkness. But that only happens to a few people who struggle with death. A VISION OF HEAVEN Out of nowhere, a strong clear voice spoke to me, “Write this down!” I had just had a small glimpse of heaven and I was angry about it. I stood up from my couch in the living room at around two in the morning, while holding on to a dining area chair, when I suddenly found myself in heaven and I was mad about it. I still had stuff to do on earth and this place is boring, I thought. I had instantly decided that this place is going to be the “kingdom of eternal boredom”, and I did not want to be here yet. But I had just gotten a small glimpse of the place. At first, what I saw confirmed my suspicions. All I could see was the back of a whole bunch of people in front of me all wearing white shirts. I thought to myself that I was right. They were all facing the same way, forward, and they were bent over. So I took the opportunity to look around. But I thought to myself that this place is better than the other place I could have gone. Hell. VISION OR DREAM I’m not sure if this experience was a vision, a dream, or that I was actually there. But that voice I heard right after that experience was clear, “Write this down!” So I’m writing it down now. CHANGED MY MIND And then I looked up and looked around a bit more. I got just the tiniest of a glimpse of the beauty of heaven. I was suddenly overcome with gratefulness! My attitude did a 180 degree turn in a moment. It wasn’t gratefulness for being in such a beautiful place. Only one thought occurred to me in that instant, and it was inescapable. I was a sinner and I didn’t deserve to be here. The only reason that I could be here was because Jesus died for me. It was because of Jesus! I was overwhelmed with eternal gratitude and thankfulness. Christ died for me so I could be here with Him forever! HEAVENLY WORSHIP So all I could think of to do was to fall on my face and crawl forward looking for the nail-pierced feet of Jesus to thank Him forever and ever. Just as quickly as I went there, I was back in my home. But now I have a new attitude of grateful praise. A REAL NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCE When my wife, Debbie, was just six years old, she had an out-of-body experience. She had asthma and was very sick with croup one day. Croup is a condition which refers to the swelling around the vocal cords and other parts of the upper and middle airway that also causes a harsh repetitive cough. She suddenly stopped breathing. Her dad found her in bed blue in the face. Then she was rushed to the nearest hospital in the fire chief’s car. He lived nearby. They told her parents that it wasn’t quite the emergency they thought but decided they would have to give her a tracheostomy. SHE DIED But she died during the procedure. Suddenly, she woke up during the surgery while hovering over her body. Then she saw all the nurses and the surgeon working on her. She felt no pain, only embarrassment because she saw herself on the operating table below her with only green shorts on. She floated up toward the lights. ANGEL NURSE The next thing she knew, she was back in her body in an oxygen tent. It may have been an angel disguised as a beautiful nurse with a glowing face and beautiful blonde hair who came over to wish her a “Happy Halloween!” She said that her brothers and sisters were Trick-or-Treating and were going to fill a big plastic orange pumpkin with candy for her. No one at the hospital saw a nurse that looked like that. It would be awhile, though, until she could have the candy because she was in the hospital for a week. After that, she thought about her NDE and whether she would go to heaven when she died. BROKEN PRAYERS  Then, one night, she was crying in her bed. She told her mom it was because when she prayed it felt like her prayers were hitting the ceiling and bouncing back. Her mom told her that she needed say sorry to God for things and pray and to accept Christ as her Savior! She remembered how she had tsken something without permission. She repented and asked Jesus to come into her heart and forgive her. She prayed with her mom. After that, she never again had that feeling of her prayers stopping at the ceiling! That NDE became her Christian testimony of how she became born again.  MAN IS MINISCULE But most people don’t care about death until they are faced with it, either themselves or with an aquaintance or loved one. They just go on living as if they are the center of the universe. Life revolves around them. They think they’re big stuff. But how big are they, really? About 1.3 million Earths could fit inside the Sun. Shortly after takeoff, when an airplane gets to around 10,000 feet, it’s practically impossible to spot a human being on Earth. You just disappear. Astronauts cannot see individual cities on Earth from the moon with the naked eye because the city lights are too dim compared to the brightness of the Earth. Light from the Sun takes a little over 8 minutes to reach Earth, but

THE DOCTRINE OF LOVE

(To listen to this on your cell phone, tablet, computer, or television, press play above and wait for it to load and start automatically.) This presentation of the Biblical Doctrine of Godly Love stands firmly within the historic Christian tradition while offering a fresh, warm, and deeply human expression of its truths. It reflects the core doctrines of divine love, actionable compassion, and the eternal significance of kindness, yet communicates them through personal experience, emotional honesty, and everyday struggles. Instead of treating love as a distant concept or mere duty, this essay presents Christian love as a lived response to God’s tender affection—expressed through patience, gentleness, sacrifice, and deliberate choice. Because it blends theological depth with heartfelt accessibility, Peter Zacharoff encourages readers not only to understand the major themes of the Biblical Doctrine of Godly Love but also to present insights into how to practically show the Love of God with deep sincerity and lasting value. God’s Love In Me You know My love by eyes that shine and faces gleam, showing God’s happy beam. A parent’s face that lights like the dawn— that grin is My joy tagging along. A friend’s slow blink, a loving stare, says I’m still yours, I’ll always care. That goodbye gaze that drags and clings— that’s Me holding on to loving things. When someone cheers your tiny win a smile stretched ear to chin, and night finds two hearts softly lit by silent looks that perfectly fit Each lingering, laugh, each loving look is straight from Heaven’s open book. Every kind word’s loving spark is Me, still smiling at the dark. So when their eyes won’t say goodbye, it’s just My way of just saying Hi— I never tire, I never dim, I taught them how to love, — like Him. Biblical Love Means Denying Self “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:13). To “lay down your life” communicates relinquishing selfishness and choosing daily to die a little bit to our own self to love others with God’s love. Scripture teaches the quiet sacrifice of putting another person’s good above our own convenience, pride, or comfort. We see this modeled in Christ, for “He laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren” (1 John 3:16). Such love chooses gentleness when irritation rises, patience when impatience feels justified, and forgiveness even when it costs something deep. It is the opposite of self-centeredness, echoing Paul’s call: “Let each esteem others better than themselves… look not every man on his own things, but… on the things of others” (Philippians 2:3–4). Jesus described this daily surrender when He said, “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily” (Luke 9:23). To lay down your life in love, then, is to continually crucify selfish impulses, preferring others in honor (Romans 12:10) and letting the Spirit form in us the same sacrificial heart that led Christ to give Himself for us. In a popular song, “Love One Another,” by The Maranatha! Singers, we happily proclaim… Love one another For love is of God He who loves is born of God and knows God He who does not love Does not know God For God is love God is love! The Loving Eyes of Jesus Many near-death testimonies from people of every background describe an encounter so powerful and tender in the presence of God’s love that ordinary language struggles to contain the thought of looking into the eyes of Jesus. Across cultures, ages, and backgrounds, people speak of a love so complete that it feels as though heaven narrows to one relationship, that of only them and God. In 1 Corinthians 13:12 we find a glimpse of this. “For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.” They describe being fully known and to know all things fully—every fear, every failure, every secret sorrow—and simultaneously cherished without the slightest shadow of rejection. Academic studies, such as Robert A. King’s analysis of “Jesus-personage” experiences (Lund University), record these same themes of the deepest compassion, wisdom, warmth, and personal attention radiating from His gaze. Popularly documented testimonies collected by Randy Kay and explored by John Burke echo the same truth: His eyes communicate something deeper than speech—“I know you, I want you, I have always loved you.” Many report that in one look, every wound becomes smaller, every burden lighter, and every shame washed away in the presence of a love unlike anything on earth. This near death glimpse, whether visionary, spiritual, or symbolic, illustrates a truth anchored in Scripture: God’s love is both infinite and intimate. Colossians 1:17 states, “He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” God’s love holds the universe together yet leans close enough to people to soothe a trembling heart. It carries us through long nights, walks with us through ordinary days, and gathers our tears with a tenderness deeper than understanding. 1 Samuel 16:7 explains “…for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.” Hebrews 13:8 affirms that “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” God’s love does not fluctuate with our moods or our failures. His providence arranges the details of our days; His provision meets needs we cannot see; His perfection shelters us when life feels unsafe. We give thanks because His love is not distant—it is personal, present, and unwavering. Jeremiah 17:10 elaborates, “I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.” The Call to Love as We Have Been Loved John 3:16 famously summarizes the motivation of God’s love. “For God so loved the world, that he gave

Aliens Can’t Exist

It’s bigger than the entire Island of Manhattan and it is coming for us!  Talk of aliens and life beyond Earth has captured imaginations for generations, but Scripture leaves no room for such possibilities. The Bible teaches that Earth alone was created to sustain life and that mankind holds a unique place in God’s plan. While scientists may search the skies for signals or speculate about visitors from distant worlds, faith reminds us that creation already has a purpose, a Savior, and a story written by God Himself. There are no alien civilizations waiting to be found—only the handiwork of a divine Creator who made Earth our home. Hypersonic Collision The 3I ATLAS comet, can attain such impressive speeds by gaining momentum from the gravity of stars and other celestial bodies it has encountered during its journey. The absolute fastest things in the universe are photons (or light particles), traveling at approximately 300,000 kilometers per second (or 186,000 miles per second). That’s over seven times around the world in one second. This cosmic speed limit means no object with mass can reach or exceed this speed. However, the fastest natural objects are thought to be those moving away from us at speeds exceeding the speed of light, such as distant parts of the universe. How can this be? That makes sense considering the relative speed of a car next to you on the freeway is low because you’re both moving at about the same speed and direction. But a car coming at you, at say sixty, while you are moving at sixty forward, would mean a 120 mile per hour collision. The same applies to objects moving away from each other. For example, the cars you passed who were coming at you at sixty, located on the other side of the road, are moving at 120 miles an hour away from you as you move forward away from them at sixty. This principle also applies to intergalactic objects, so they could hit Earth at high speeds. Just look at the enormous craters on the moon. Alien Spaceship But is 3I ATLAS possibly being influenced or guided by some higher intelligence? Are there aliens out there? In my opinion, the Bible remedies this paralyzing fear with a resounding no! According to Biblical theology, it is impossible that aliens exist. As a matter of fact, deductive reasoning based on Biblical evidence confirms that it is absolutely impossible for life to exist anywhere in the universe outside of life on this fantastic spaceship we call Earth. When my wife and I visited Cape Canaveral in Florida, lightning struck the rocket right next to us as we were walking across the parking lot to the museum. The rocket that took the first men to the moon, the Saturn Five, was on its side so you could get a close look at how big it is. When we walked back to our car, it rained so hard that by the time we got in, our tennis shoes were filled with water. Interestingly, I’m building a Saturn Five rocket model right now. Rocket City When I was in the Army, my first job was Nuclear Missile Launcher Repair. When you walk into the space exhibit at the Smithsonian, you see a big green rocket in the lobby. That’s the Pershing nuclear missile I was being trained to work on. Yesterday, September 3, 2025, President Trump chose Redstone Arsenal, in Huntsville, Alabama as the new home for Space Command. It’s also known as “Rocket City“ and is where I was stationed for my military occupational skills training. At the age of nineteen, I was also trained in Electronics at NASA and lasers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. But I’m no rocket scientist. I’m a creationist who has a keen interest in all things science and I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no way life exists in outer space. Apart from angels and demons, aliens don’t exist. Coincidentally, our California license plate says WEBCAST. With all the eyes in the skies nightly around the world, there is absolutely no concrete evidence that unidentified spacecraft of intergalactic origins exist. Celestial Ring Of Fire Over the last few years, there were two solar eclipses in the United States. We left work Friday with our car packed and drove nine hours through California through the middle of the Nevada desert until we got to the Oregon border. We paid ten times as much for a cheap hotel that you would normally pay. We paid $600 for a normally $60 cheap motel room. There were thousands of people at that location on October 14, 2023, in the middle of nowhere, who had telescopes, binoculars, and all sorts of cameras set up awaiting that moment when the Moon’s shadow passed directly overhead and the sky darkened a bit. Because this wasn’t considered a total eclipse of the Sun, a ring of bright red fire was clearly visible through our special dark solar eclipse glasses. These glasses were so dark, that unless you are looking directly at the Sun, everything looks pitch black. The reason the sky only darkened a little was because the Moon was a little farther from Earth that day. It looked a little smaller than the Sun and the edge of the Sun allowed some light to show around the outside of the Sun. The Sun’s corona, the white light that appears when the sky turns black, was not visible during that eclipse. You can watch a short five-minute video entitled ”The Ring of Fire“ at our off-roading YouTube channel, ”Western Dirt Roads,“ at https://youtu. Be/pr8kfSJZHSk? Si=cqaavp62gZ36F1qt. April 8Th Total Eclipse Our second solar eclipse on April 8th, 2024,was much different. It was a total eclipse. Street lights turned on and stars became visible in the middle of the day. We spent $3,000 to travel to see three minutes of darkness as the Moon passed directly overhead. Leading up to that total solar eclipse, potential viewing locations

When the Stars Line Up

Interestingly, on this Labor Day weekend (2025), as I write this, seated in a beautiful hotel lobby in Half Moon Bay, California, near the beach, and just before dawn, five planets are lined up with the sun and even the moon. Heaven is a wonderful place. But just days ago at Burning Man on a dry lake bed in Nevada, a horrific whirlwind of a white-out dust storm blew away the “orgy tent,” and covered everything in a layer of alkaline dust. To make matters worse, it soon began to rain, turning the earth into cakes of sticky mud. It was hell on earth. Most people living today are heading for hell (Matthew 7:13-14). Our country is “going to hell” as well. Is abortion a contributor? In the United States, one in four women are expected to have an ABORTION by age 45, according to a 2024 research study from the Guttmacher Institute, which keeps detailed records. OVER 1 million abortions take place ANNUALLY in America. This has a huge effect on America’s future. So how do abortions figure into this heavenly call to salvation? If you’re curious, read on.  First, God already knows who will end up in heaven. He knows ahead of time what each person will do with the offer of salvation in Christ, His Son. The Bible says only a relative few will accept Jesus and be saved from the consequences of rejecting this wondrous good news Gospel of God’s grace in Christ.  Matthew 7:14: “For narrow is the gate, and straitened the way, that leadeth unto life, and FEW there be that FIND it.“ Luke 13:23-24: “Then said one unto him, Lord, are there FEW that be saved? And he said unto them, ‘Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall NOT be ABLE.‘” Matthew 22:14: “For MANY (all) are called, but FEW are CHOSEN.“ According to God’s Word (the Bible), most souls end up rejecting the offer of redemption and end up in hell. Although Jesus paid for every sin on the cross with His own life, most folks reject Christ until their dying days when they take their last breath. Jesus never once sinned, so He actually could pay for our personal sins by taking our punishment upon Himself. That’s WHY the Bible says, He is the “Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world,” found in John 1:29.  A 2017 study by the renouned magazine, Christianity Today, found that about one in three U.S. adults identified as “born-again.” However, their definition of “born again” varied greatly. It has been my own personal experience from informal random interviews that about one in three hundred are actually able to articulate the Biblical definition of how to become a born-again Child of God. And not all of them gave evidence of their personal conversion testimony of becomming saved from hell through truly receiving Christ through the indwelling Holy Spirit.  So, if there are a limited number of souls that get saved from hell, then abortion would figure into that formula by reducing the number of future Christians. Furthermore, because of abortion, the reduced number of future Christians significantly affects US politics, culture, and morality. Aborted babies go to heaven (2 Samuel 12:23). All aborted babies in the US are unable to grow up and impact society. Those who are actually born are generally never going to accept Christ (statistically) and are exponentially in danger of hell. It’s simple math. If X represents total births in the US, and Y, also a real number, represents the souls chosen for heaven, then the total number of potential births (Z) minus those who would have been born as potential believers (Y)  equals (X minus Y=Z) the ones who eventuallt end up in hell (Z). If you take out the number of abortions, you end up with only a small number of the total amount of potential Christians who are heaven bound. Most who are born are then of the unelect, who not only wreck morality, but will eventually end up in hell.  Of those who are actually being born, few will impact society for Christ. In other words, if the ratio of souls going to either place is consistent, then many, over a million a year, who were slated for salvation and impacting the world for Christ, will not even be born but will go straight to heaven (in an abortion) and will never really make it to earth. So the majority of the ones being born in the US are hell-bound reprobates and very few are actually predestined for heaven. Christ is not in them. According to the Bible they dance to the tunes of their father, the devil (John 8:44). This explains the moral decay to depravity within the United States since the late sixties. It explains events like Burning Man, degenerate Hollywood, pornography on the web, and the rise of the democratic party. Have you noticed that Republicans are generally God-fearing individuals who want to clean up America?  The Gallup Poll revealed that Democrats are generally vehemently opposed to wearing fur but cheer on children being murdered by women in their own womb. Now, half of all  Americans surveyed accept sex between an unmarried man and woman, having a baby outside of marriage, and doctor-assisted suicide, as morally acceptable. These are followed by homosexual relations (44%) and abortion (43%). Since aborted babies go to heaven, a staggering majority of those born today will not only end up in hell, but take down the morality of the US with them. Our young people are taught by other degenerates to love the flesh, hate religion, and change their mind about their gender identity. We are on the road to hell as a nation.  Our nation, as a whole,  is practically spiritually dead. Why does this matter? There is a principle that evil on earth is beig restrained through God’s people

UNLIMITED ATONEMENT Does Christ’s payment for sin apply to all? It’s confusing. Because of our sin, we have been “alienated from God,” (Romans 3:22). This verse also says that the atonement is “limited” to all who believe: “even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ.” But if it is only limited to those who experience salvific faith, as true believers, does that mean Christ’s payment for sin is only effective for believers? Yes. Only those who believe will take advantage of the offer of salvation. LIMITING SALVATION But does that mean that salvation is limited only to believers? Yes. Only those who sincerely believe will be saved. The Blood of Jesus Christ only counts for those who take advantage of the offer of salvation. Since only believers receive Christ, only believers have the atonement effectively applied to their account as a full remedy for their lost sinful condition. As the rest of the verse says, only “unto all and upon all them that believe” (Romans 3:22). OFFERING SALVATION So does the offer of salvation through the Blood atonement of Christ count for unbelievers as well? Yes. Christ died for all, not just all believers. Isn’t that a contradiction? No. Christ died for all. He offers the atonement to all. He died for all but not all will believe. Not all chose to take advantage of that offer of full salvation. The truth is that Christ died for unbelievers, all. Weren’t all believers once unbelievers? Yes, we were all unbelievers at one time and in desperate need of forgiveness (Romans 6:23). DENYING SALVATION Forgiveness only comes through the substitutionary atonement. Only those who turn from their wicked ways and face the Cross will be relieved of their sin burden. We all have that weight of sin, so heavy, it pulls us down to hell at death. But Jesus took the burdens of all people around the world, throughout time onto Himself on that bloody cross. Colossians 2:13-14, “And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.” TRUE UNIVERSALISM 1 John 2:22: “Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ,” He died in our place and whosoever decides to believe that He is the Christ who paid for their sins, will be saved from the eternal burden of they themselves paying for their own sins in hell. The atonement was provided for all but only those who sincerely repent and believe will receive its eternal benefits. John 1:29 “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the WORLD.” That’s all people of all time, not just the “world of believers.” UNDERSTANDING ROMANS 5:12 Romans 5:12; “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world (Adam), anddeath by sin; and so DEATH passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.” This verse definitely assesses all sinners (who are able to sin) to be lost. But notice, accordibg to this verse, DEATH passed to all, not sin. Sin does not get passed on. We are not born sinful and guilty. THE TRUE GOSPEL Will all be saved? No. But, if Jesus died for all, aren’t all people saved? Potentially, yes. Yes, anyone can become saved, but most reject Christ. Since salvation is available to all, the atonement is universally available to all. The good news Gospel is a universal remedy for all sin of all people. As a matter of fact, Jesus not only paid for the sins of the whole world, of all people in all time, but also did something else that is very special and wonderful. John 1:12, “But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.” THE SECOND ADAM Jesus (the Second Adam) undid the curse cast upon all of mankind that was poured upon Earth in the Garden of Eden. Adam caused that curse but One more powerful than Adam, Jesus, undid that curse and ushers those who choose God to go up into heaven through the power of the resurrection. He replaced that horrific curse with heavenly blessings. He knew this would happen even before the foundation of the world. Ephesians 1:4, “He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world.” OFFERING CHOICE So will everyone be saved from hell because Jesus redeemed all of Creation? No. No, indeed. Salvation is offered to all but only a few will choose to believe. Can a person choose God? Yes, they can. Anyone can choose God because God is making salvation open to anyone. God created each person with the ability to reason. That ability allows folks to accept or reject Christ. Romans 10:13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” LOST INNOCENCE In reality, we have all continually rejected Christ from the moment we committed our first sin. At that moment, the innocence we were born with was lost. The Bible says that “the soul that sins will die,” Ezekiel 18:20. When we committed our first sin, we fell under condemnation and were cursed with spiritual damnation. At that moment, we were lost to the enemy. We joined forces with satan and he became our wicked father. According to the Bible, we became “childern of the devil,” all of us (1 John 3:10). DEFINING SIN That means that those who are too cognitively challenged to process temptation, cannot sin. One must first follow a logical progression from lust before actual sin occurs. Sin is “missing the mark.” If you can’t aim, you can’t miss. That’s why fetuses, newly conceived, go to heaven. They aren’t guilty. They can’t sin. The same goes for babies. Most toddlers have no

Targeted Prayer

A person sitting next to me was wearing a shirt that said “PRAYER, the world’s greatest wireless connection.” Prayer is like a good well wish with one exception; it moves the most powerful force in the universe. Prayer is the greatest Christian spiritual warfare weapon on Earth. My first job in the Army was in Persing nuclear missile launcher repair. You can aim prayer like a missile at a honed in target. It has unlimited range and it always hits its target. Prayer can be targeted at specific needs as well as blow away the spiritual forces of darkness. It’s timeless and teaches us to trust God. Matthew 26:41 – “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” COMBAT FOR SOULS We are under orders of the true Commander in Chief, Almighty God. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” Ephesians 6:12. Prayer can become a defensive shield or an offensive sword of victory. We just need to wield prayer powerfully. 1 Timothy 2:1-4 – “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men.” BELIEVING PRAYER Get this, God really is still on the throne. He is the Sovereign Almighty Who Created Heaven and Earth. He deeply cares for you, individually. He doesnt like others more than you, His love for all is always the same because God never changes. Jeremiah 33:3 – “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” He will answer. The Word of God says so. It may be green, red, or yellow, but God always answers according to your long range best interest. He cares for you. Believe that He hears and just trust His answer to your prayer. APPROACH GOD WITH A CLEAN HEART We should begin prayer by reminding ourselves of how loving and holy God is. We need to take time to agree with God about our failures and in prayer, look at our sins from His perspective, from His viewpoint, through His eyes. Once we agree with God about our failures. HE AUTOMATICALLY FORGIVES them and cleanses us from ALL unrighteousness, preparing us for sweet fellowship in prayer and tuning our souls to His. That way, our prayers will be aligned with His will. SPIRITUAL ARTILLERY In the Army, one of my jobs was to test and repair fire control computers. In the 1970s, I worked on one of the first portable computers. It was the size of a giant suitcase. It was filled with hundreds of white wires. When you opened it up, it looked like two big rectangular bowls of spaghetti. Life looks complicated sometimes but God knows everything about every situation. He knows the why behind my cry and wipes away our tears in prayer. Psalms 34:17 – “The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.” That portable computer had two handles on opposite sides, and it took at least two men facing each other to lift it and slide it onto the bed of a large olive-green Army truck. The power supply was a very big diesel generator that was hooked onto the back of that large Army truck. The Holy Spirit is the Christians’ portable power supply that empowers us to serve God. All we need to do is remember to plug into the power of prayer. SPIRITUAL ARMOR That system we used to diagnose problems was called FALT: Field Artillery Logic Tester. When we couldn’t fix something, we said, “it’s not our FAULT.” The purpose was to guide artillery fire to protect civilian areas and only target military assets. In prayer, we put on defensive armor to protect us. God repairs our souls when we commit a fault. Forgiveness is accomplished in prayer. Through prayer we challenge the future and restore the past. Ephesians 6:11 – “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” PRAYER WARRIOR How would you like to go through life as showers of blessings fall on you like shooting stars from heaven? You can aim artillery by raising or lowering the barrel. Targeted prayer means aiming at specific needs now and in the future. Yes, you can pray for yourself in the future and those prayers will bless you when you get there. Wouldn’t that be amazing? Try it. Everyone has hopes and dreams. If you want to stay close to the Lord in the future, pray for yourself now. Not every prayer will be answered “yes” but some require patiently waiting for His timing. All prayers are anwered “yes or no” but some get a yellow light to wait for God’s perfect timing. Elisha Hoffman wrote a prayer hymn that has been a great blessing to many. “I must tell Jesus all of my trials; I cannot bear these burdens alone; In my distress He kindly will help me; He ever loves and cares for His own.” TALKING TO GOD You can pray to saints, angels and dead relatives, but that’s like talking to a wall. The Bible says that there is only one way to get your prayer to the throne of God and that is through the Holy Spirit Who is God’s wireless network of data delivery. 1 Timothy 2:5, “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” The Holy Spirit not only carries our prayers up but brings the answers down. He also motivates us to pray and what would be in our interest. Ephesians 6:18 – “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.” GOD TALKING TO YOU It does happen that God
