Indicate in the email that you are requesting the Full Scholarship Program. Note: The Full Scholarship Program is for those who
1. Cannot afford to pay for classes. (Partial scholarship programs are also available if you don’t qualify for the Full Scholarship)
2. Do NOT live in a country that has English as its primary language.
3. English is not your primary language.

This program is ABSOLUTELY FREE of charge if you can’t afford the regular program AND if your English is not good enough for writing essays in English. You will be entered in the Foreign Language Certification Program if you qualify for this scholarship.
