And the glory of the LORD appeared<\/em>.\u201d Despite the people\u2019s rejection, Moses stood firm, trusting God\u2019s guidance. His burden was heavy, but his faith parted seas and led a nation to the Promised Land.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"css-146c3p1 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-37j5jr r-a023e6 r-16dba41 r-1adg3ll r-1b5gpbm r-a8ghvy\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3\"><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3 r-a8ghvy\">Likewise, <strong>Jesus<\/strong>, our ultimate example, faced betrayal and abandonment. In <strong>Matthew 14:31<\/strong>, when Peter faltered walking on water, Jesus \u201c<em>stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt<\/em>?\u201d Leadership, unlike management\u2019s structured approach, thrives in the messiness of human hearts. It\u2019s about loving fiercely, guiding boldly, and trusting God\u2019s strength. Jesus, through His love, conquered death itself, fulfilling <strong>John 15:13<\/strong>: \u201c<em>Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends<\/em>.\u201d Their leadership changed history because they answered God\u2019s call <\/span><\/span><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3\"><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3 r-a8ghvy\">to live boldly, love fiercely, and inspire others to follow the vision He\u2019s placed in your heart. <strong>Philippians 2:15<\/strong> calls us to \u201c<em>shine as lights in the world<\/em>\u201d amid a \u201c<em>crooked and perverse nation<\/em>.\u201d Leadership isn\u2019t about comfort\u2014it\u2019s about igniting transformation.
